
5-Week Mini Session: Hoop Classes
Description:
* NO HULA HOOP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *
FITNESS:
This camp will be high-energy, cardio-based Hula Hoop workouts. We will focus on learning a new skill each week. Drilling each skill and doing FUNishments when the hoop drops. (You have to come to class to know what a FUNishment is!)
DANCE:
In this class, Breanna will break down a hula hoop combo for everyone to learn. The combo will consist of off-body hula hoop tricks that flow seamlessly from one to the next. Absolutely no prior hula hoop experience is needed! Beginners welcome! Hula hoops are provided – you just need to show up ready to learn.
